At Botly, we are committed to providing high-quality service to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Botly subscription plans.


Refund Policy


  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date. This is your only opportunity to receive a refund.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at hello@getbotly.com within the 30-day period from the start of your subscription.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.


Please note that after 30 days from the subscription start date, all sales are final, and no refunds will be granted.


Cancellation Policy


  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for unused time after the 30-day refund window has expired.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of your subscription term. After the term ends, your access to the Botly service will be discontinued.
